A certain fictional secret facility of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, located somewhere in the mountains of the Southwestern United States, appears in Eastman and Laird's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Volume 2, issue #2: Winds of Change. The facility is infiltrated by escaped convict Baxter Stockman so we can steal a cutting-edge exo-suit for himself. After finding the suit, he somehow surgically removes his own brain from his body and implants it in the suit, discarding his human body in the process, and uses the suit's formidable armaments to kill multiple guards as he escapes the facility.
