Cyber Splinter was a build-a-figure that was to be part of Playmates Toys' unreleased TMNT: Back to the Sewer action figure line. Its existence was made to parallel the Turtles' in-universe search for the digitized pieces of Splinter in that season. It was to be a translucent blue casted version of the 2007 Splinter action figure with repainted robes and walking stick.
Playmates' intent on which figures were to pack in the parts of Cyber Splinter were never made clear, as it was reported that they would come with either the basic Back to the Sewer line, or the Mini Mutants equivalent. Both lines would have seen the four Turtles, Cyber Shredder, and Cyber Foot figures in the lineup.
