The Cyber Foot in the 2003 TV series were a group of Foot Ninja loyal to Cyber Shredder, Master Khan and the Utrom Shredder.

Unlike the other Foot Ninja's who served Ch'rell the Utrom Shredder and Karai's Foot Ninjas, their armor is dark blue and styled after the Cyber Shredder's armor.
