Billing himself as the world’s most brilliant inventor, Stockman-Fly tells The Shredder that he has created an unbeatable weapon to destroy the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He explains that he took inspiration from nature - - a turtle’s natural enemy, a predator that devours turtles. His ultimate weapon – the Cyber-Raccoon of Doom!
He asks Shredder what he thinks of his creation. Shredder says that he will show Stockman precisely what he thinks and promptly slashes the head off of the robot, destroying it.
