Mrs. Cuddles is a popular kids' show character, as well as an side antagonist of the Turtles in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Physical Appearance
Mrs. Cuddles is a stuffed rabbit toy with a dark blue body, a light blue muzzle and belly and a white cotton-ball tail. She also has long, rainbow-colored floppy ears, buck teeth, large eyes with black pupils (which sometimes glow red), thick eyelashes, and a red nose. Mrs. Cuddles also wears a yellow bow on top of her head.
Personality
History
Originally, Mrs. Cuddles was a simple puppet who acted as the protagonist on a children's television show, but somehow acquired a life of her own and sentience, as well as the ability to absorb in herself the fear that someone around her manifested in the form of screams gaining size and strength.
Mrs. Cuddles was one day taken by April O'Neil, who had been cast in her show, to the home of her friends, the Turtles, to their would-be leader Raphael - who, for no known reason, was very afraid of plush dolls. Because of his phobia, he was the prey she needed to gather enough strength to frighten the rest of the Turtles and April to feed on more fear. In her final confrontation with Raphael and Splinter she eventually lost her powers as her two opponents discovered by chance that laughter was draining her powers as fearful screams could enhance them.

Mrs. Cuddles' power is sourced from fearful screams. The more someone screams, the bigger she becomes. However, when someone laughs, Mrs. Cuddles shrinks.
