It's a bodacious bummer when the Green Teens are wanted by the cops and they don't have a shell to call home ... until they are rescued by secret agents from H.A.V.O.C. (Highly Advanced Varieties of Creatures). It seems like a cozy club until they meet Titanus, the leader of H.A.V.O.C. -- a humongous slug-creature. Titanus has created a mutation-generating ray which turns humans into mutants -- mutants he controls and uses for evil. It's up to our Favorite Foursome to stop Titannus and his evil supermutants before it's too late.
