(A red ligtning storm fills Gotham City's sky. Lights shine down from a pair of dirigibles. Flunky "Krang! One of them escaped..." Krang "What?! How could you allow this to happen...?" Flunky "Forgive me, Master..." Krang "Are we in pursuit?" Flunky "There's no telling where he might have gone..." Krang "No. There's only one place he could go." Krang "Come now, it's time to see the fruit of our labor..." Batman "There's something wrong." Splinter "Sir?" Batman "There's a storm gathering. When it breaks open it's going to be bad." Batman "I think I should pay a visit to Lucius tomorrow..." Batman "...It has an unnatural quality. I don't like it." Splinter "I didn't realize we had gotten into the weather forecasting business." Batman "There's a lot you can miss in a storm. It makes the job harder." Splinter "You left the cave early tonight." Batman "..." Batman "I had the dream again. The young man with the dark hair. I don't know what it means." (He looks at his cell phone.) Batman "It doesn't matter now. I just got a ping from the Natural History Museum. It's him."

Splinter "Bruce, are you in the right state of mind to do this?" Batman "Tell the family to rendezvous with me there." (Using his bat-grapple, Batman swings across the sky.) Batman "We can't let the Smile Clan slip through our fingers again." (Batman swings past an alley where a homeless man searches through the garbage. There is a sound nearby, and then a flash of lightning hits the ground, surprising the man.) RUMBLE KRAKOOM Homeless Man "What the..." Unknown Visitor "Hey, guy. Lemme borrow that trench coat." (The homeless man hands over the trench coat.) Homeless Man "But you're... you're..." Unknown Visitor "Not from here. I know." Unknown Visitor "That's why I gotta act fast."
