Crankshaw is a character in Space Heroes, Leonardo's favorite TV show in the 2012 TV series.

He's a young officer who always asks Captain Ryan what's going on or what to do. Whenever he starts panicking, Ryan slaps him.
In "Scroll of the Demodragon", he apparently has a son: Crankshaw Jr.
