A fight with their clones in the laboratory.
Cornelius Quease's laboratory first appeared in the episode "Meet Dr. Quease". It is located on the third floor of Dragon Lord's Fortress. Some of the equipment in the laboratory includes Cryonic modulators, tri-oscillators, electron microscopes, DNA extractors and a helium cooled cyber 6000 dissection prototype.

- Meet Dr. Quease - After kidnapping Cornelius Quease, the Dragon Lord offers him the best equipped lab in the country. Dragon Lord explains that he wants Quease to explain to him the power of mutant transformation. In return for the lab and its equipment, Quease is to use his expertise in mutation to further Dragon Lord's ambitions.
- Mutant Reflections - Using DNA from the five original Turtles, Quease creates cloned duplicates of them. Dragon Lord orders him to create an army of mutant clones, which Quease can only do after defeating the original Turtles and acquiring more DNA. His scheme is thwarted when the Turtles arrive, fight and defeat their clones, and destroy the cloning machine.
- Trusting Dr. Quease - After Quease has an argument with Dragon Lord, he reaches out to Donatello with the proposition that they work together.
