Complete Carnage an' Radical is a 6-page comic originally printed in November 1988 as a backup comic in Eastman and Laird's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles issue #3 (2nd printing) by Mirage Studios. It was later reprinted in Shell Shock.

Synopsis[]
Somewhere in New York City, Raphael and Casey Jones are goofing around on a roof, and decide to enter an abandoned building to practice their shuriken-throwing skills. Inside they run into Complete Carnage, but before he has time to attack them, Radical shows up. She grabs Complete Carnage, and throws him away with the intended destination of Antarctica. Casey and Raphael continue with the shuriken practice.
