The Colosseum (Italian: Colosseo) is an oval amphitheatre in Rome, Italy. In the Ancient Roman Empire, it was used for gladiator games.
In the 1987 cartoon episode Artless, the Lookrons try to transport the entire Colosseum into their spacecraft. However, it requires so much energy that the stasis field the Lookrons have placed around the Ninja Turtles dissapears, giving the Ninja Turtles space to escape and distract the Lookrons.
