Clem is a mutant goat shopkeeper who first appears in the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles episode "Newsworthy". He runs a candy store which serves as a front for his business where he sells mystical artifacts.
Physical Appearance
In his true form, Clem has pinkish skin, two dark purple horns, and keeps his red facial hair.
History
In his debut episode "Newsworthy," Clem is approached by Warren Stone, who wishes to mystically enhance himself. He gets access to Clem's secret store when Clem unknowingly mentions the password "Wink." As a result, Stone obtains a magical amulet with a blue gemstone from Clem, though his actions may imply that he does not pay for it.
In "Bug Busters," Clem is among the mutants seen on Big Mama's monitors.
