As a human, Clem was a middle-aged white man with short black hair, a brown beard and mustache, black eyes, light skin, and a thin figure. He wore a lime green jumpsuit with blue trim, a grey belt with a white and blue star buckle, and black circular glasses with pink lenses.

Clem is a mutant goat with a pink body, a brown beard and mustache, two dark purple curved horns, black eyes, and a thin figure. He wears his usual outfit pre-mutation with a blue and white cloaking brooch trucker hat.
Personality[]
Clem is laid-back, friendly, and also a bit dull-witted as he accidentally tells Warren Stone the password to access his store's mystic inventory in "Newsworthy".
History[]
Clem debuted in "Newsworthy". He was approached by Warren at his store who wished to mystically enhance his figure and strength to combat the Turtles. He gained access to Clem's secret store when Clem unknowingly mentioned the password "wink". As a result, Warren obtained a magical amulet with a blue gemstone from Clem, though his actions may imply that he did not pay for it.
Clem appeared in "Repo Mantis" driving the pickup truck Donatello and Michelangelo secretly rode to arrive at Todd Capybara's home.
A column for Clem's Corner was depicted on a Bizarre Review online article in "Pizza Pit".
Clem was depicted in "Bug Busters" among the Oozesquito-created mutants seen on Big Mama's window pane monitors of her Grand Nexus Hotel office.
Clem reappeared in "Many Unhappy Returns" as a spectator at the Battle Nexus during Leonardo and Splinter's fight against Kraken Tom and the Evil Six.
A column for Clem's Corner was depicted on a Hidden City brochure in "Raph's Ride-Along".
