Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III (born in Urbana, Ohio, on January 5, 1959; 65 years old) is an American actor and voice artist, best known for his many roles as animated characters such as Lex Luthor in the DC Animated Universe, Mr. Krabs in SpongeBob SquarePants, Silas/Cylas in Transformers Prime, and Captain Black, Ratso & Super Moose in Jackie Chan Adventures. as well as several live action roles, such as The Kurgan in Highlander. He has the role of Chris Bradford/Dogpound/Rahzar in the 2012 TV series.
