Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III (born in Urbana, Ohio, on January 5, 1959; 66 years old) is an American actor and voice artist. He had the role of Chris Bradford / Dogpound / Rahzar in the 2012 TV series. Brown is best known for his many roles as animated characters such as Lex Luthor in the DC Animated Universe, Mr. Krabs in SpongeBob SquarePants, Leland Bishop/Silas/C.Y.L.A.S. in Transformers: Prime, Captain Black, Ratso and Super Moose in Jackie Chan Adventures, and Dr. Neo Cortex and Uka Uka in Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, Crash Bandicoot: Warped, Crash Team Racing, Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex and Crash Nitro Kart; as well as several live action roles, such as Captain Byron Hadley in The Shawshank Redemption and The Kurgan in Highlander.
