City at War is a chapter book. It was written by Michael Teitelbaum and illustrated by Chris George and Mike Giles. The book was published by Simon Spotlight on 17 May 2005.[1]
Plot[]
The story adopts the 2003 TV series story arc. The Turtles attempt to stop the fighting between the Purple Dragons and the New York City mobsters. The Foot Clan, the Purple Dragons and the New York City mobsters all fight turf conflicts against each other.[2][3]
