Donatello's mutagen scanner has led the Turtles to the City Zoo. Michelangelo is excited to see the zoo, until Raphael reminds him what mutagen plus deadly exotic animals equals.
They soon track the origin of the mutagen signal to be coming from inside the lion enclosure. The mutagen canister is perched precariously on a tree limb just above a sleeping lion. Through some acrobatic maneuvers and help from his brothers, Mikey snags the canister with his kusarigama blade just as the lion awakens. Mikey then flings the mutagen away from the lion encloser, but it then gets snagged on the wires connecting the lights over the shark tank.
