Francis Chuck Patton is an influential American comic book artist and animator. He was responsible for the art during a run of Justice League of America during the 1980s, along with writer Gerry Conway, creating many characters including Gypsy and Vibe, and redesigning Vixen and Steel.
In 1988, Chuck moved on from the world of comic books and worked in animation. Included in his animation credits, is as the supervising director of many episodes of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003). He also wrote the episode Return of the Justice Force.
