In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Amazing Adventures, Chloe's Father is the human parent of the little girl who has befriended Leonardo (whom she calls "Mr. Turtle") and taught him teatime etiquette.
Chloe’s father is first mentioned during Tea-Time for a Turtle, Part 1 in Amazing Adventures #5. Chloe keeps insisting she wants to meet Leonardo’s brothers. When he tells her it’s not a good idea, she informs him that if she doesn’t get to meet the other Turtles, he has to stay for another cup of tea. Chloe also reminds him that her daddy is still in the next room, a clear threat which makes Leo agree to stay.
After the Turtles have tucked Chloe into bed at the end of Tea-Time for a Turtle, Part 2 in Amazing Adventures #6, Chloe’s father opens the door and peeks into the bedroom. He sees Chloe, but not the Turtles hiding in the shadows behind the door.
