Chi Chu was the one of Vam Mi's servants in Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation.
She and her friend Bing reawakened Vam Mi and traveled to New York City to get Vam Mi's heart back. She seemed to think of all the evil plans in the group, and was just as dangerous as Vam Mi herself. Chi Chu had a hideous high-pitched laugh that could scare any Turtle out of his shell.
After Vam Mi was ashed by the Turtles, Bing and Chi Chu collected her ashes.
Chi Chu is portrayed by Lauren Attadia and voiced by Sherry Thorson.
