Chester "Chet" Manley is the boy who bought four pet turtles on the fateful day of the TMNT's mutation.

Chet has a cameo in the first episode of the 1987 TV series but is not mentioned by name. In this version, he loses the Turtles only by a personal mishap, and reaches for them but can't grab them.
