Cherubae is a character in Archie Comics' Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures.
On Earth, she's disguised as Mary Bones. Living in the southern parts of the United States, local rumours tell stories of her being a "swamp witch." When Jess Harley breaks into her cottage to steal the Turnstone from her, she follows him to New York City, and transforms him into Leatherhead.
She later joins forces with the turtles, and the Intergalactic Wrestling Federation against the Foot Clan and Maligna.
After The Final Conflict, she sends the Shredder to a prison on Earth, Krang to Morbus, and Bebop and Rocksteady to an Eden World to prevent them from committing any more crimes.

- Cherubae's name comes from a mishearing of a line in the song "Shattered" by the Rolling Stones by Ryan Brown and Stephen Murphy, in which they misinterpreted the line "shadoobie" as "cherubae".[1]
