Chef Albéar was a French themed animatronic bear mascot for a failed Albearto's franchise, La Petite Albéar. He is one of four animatronics enlisted by Albearto to aid him in his uprising.
Chef Albéar was seen aided by his fellow bot Otto von Bearto in terrorising the visitors of Albeartoland until Leonardo and Michelangelo knocked them off their feet.
Later, when the Turtles gave their horrible stage performance to the robots of Albeartoland, he and Otto von Bearto choose to destroy themselves rather than continue to listening to the awful singing by riding off the tracks of a roller coaster.
