The Cheapskates are motorized skateboards used by the Turtles in the TMNT Adventures comics. The Turtles ride them in the Of Turtles and Stones and Mary Bones issue, across the underground bridge.
Bebop and Rocksteady later appear with Leatherhead , throwing the skateboards off the bridge.
