Channel 6 TV is a television station in Shredderville.
This version of Channel 6 is a run-down building which serves as the headquarters for Shredder. Residing in the building are April O'Neil and Irma, who are harem/serving girls assigned to the service of Bebop and Rocksteady.
The Turtles enter the building to find that the lobby is a mess, the big globe in the center broken. They try to use the elevator, but the car crashes, so they take the stairs up to the reception desk.
Seated at the desk is a Robot receptionist who, like everything else in the building, is falling apart. When the Turtles query the receptionist as to April's location, the robot confuses April the person with April the month and explodes.
The Turtles locate April's office on their own. When they enter, they see that there has been a complete decor change and Michelangelo states "It's right out of the Arabian nights."
There is no longer a news broadcast out of Channel 6, which instead airs a program called the "I Love Shredder" show. Rock Soldiers force Shredderville residents to be audience members for the show, which is hosted by Vernon Fenwick.
Shredder's office is on an upper floor and the entrance to it is a foot thick solid bronze door. Being in the same disrepair as everything else, the door easily gives way and the Turtles locate Shredder inside. As it turns out, he is just as upset about the shape of things, and wishes that he was no longer emperor of the world.
The building begins to collapse around them and Shredder runs away. The floor gives out and the Turtles fall, but are caught by April and Irma. April urges them to "Get up", but then she fades away as the turtles wake to find that they were all having a shared dream.
