Channel 6, also called "Canal 6", is a television station in Las Tortugas Ninja. It is the place of employment of Abril O'Neil.
In the series' first issue, El Origen de Las Tortugas Ninja, Abril reports on a series of crimes perpetrated by ninja at the start of the story. She is accompanied by a couple of crew members from Channel 6, who pack up their equipment after her report. They are approached by a gang of punks and attacked, but Abril distracts them from her colleagues by throwing a camera at one of them (Rocoso) and escaping into the sewer.
Later, the Tortugas Ninja visit her at the Channel 6 building while their master Splinter investigates the unnatural tunnels under the city.
