Channel 6 (also known as Channel Six News) is a television station in New York City.

In the 2003 series episode "Secret Origins, Part 1", Channel 3 news is seen. In the episode "Secret Origins, Part 3", April O'Neil makes some digs at the 1987 series. Partly because April wants to learn about the processes involved in TCRI April (complete with yellow jumpsuit) pretends to be from "Channel 9", then says "Channel 6" when the fake nine on her nametag turns upside-down.
