People traffickers—characters who traffic, sell or trade other people as chattel to a third party. This includes slave traders, sex traffickers, parents who sell their children, and so forth, as well as the people responsible for knowingly transporting such trafficked people. The trafficking of people is an abuse of their rights.

Not to be confused with bounty hunters, though some of the ethics issues may overlap especially if the bounty is unlawful.
