Houses

Houses—a structure, either stand-alone or attached, that is either purposely built or officially repurposed as a single residence for a single household to live in. When houses are attached to other structures, as is often the case of townhouses, they are still most obviously distinguished from apartments in having a dedicated exterior primary entrance.
