In the Mirage continuity, the Cat Queen is the representative guardian of cats among the Pantheon, who was also in love with the alternate universe version of Hamato Splinter. When the Pantheon found the Rat King to be in disgrace of his divine position, they offered the position of king of the rats to this Splinter. Before Splinter departed their plane of existence to return to his own life, the Cat Queen told Splinter that he would be offered the role again at the moment of his death, which would occur in TMNT V4 #10.

- The Cat Queen's title is never referenced in the story, making "Cat Queen" a purely conjectural title. But two of her counterpart gods in the Pantheon—the Rat King and the Wolf King—were addressed by similar titles.
