In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Rizzoli), Casey Jones is a crazed vigilante who roams the streets looking to stomp out crime. This version of Casey is based on Casey Jones from the 1987 TV series.

Late one night, April O'Neil is perched on a rooftop in the hopes of tracking down and interviewing Casey Jones. When she spots him, she climbs down from the roof, but falls into the clutches of Krang, who has set a trap for her. Finding herself surrounded by four giant robots, April calls for help and Casey comes running. However, when he tries to strike a robot with his baseball bat, he receives a shock from its force field. Casey leaves to find the Ninja Turtles so that they can help him free April. The group returns and that is when they learn that April is actually bait and that the four robots have been programmed for each of the Turtles. What Krang did not count on was Casey's interference. The vigilante easily smashes the robots once their shields are lowered. Chi si rivede, Casey Jones!
