Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (born September 27, 1950 in Tōkyō, Japan; 69 years old) is a Japanese-American-Russian actor, sportsman, martial artist, and stuntman best known for his roles as the villains of live action fighting game adaptations of Mortal Kombat (as Shang Tsung) and Tekken (as Heihachi Mishima).

Tagawa voices Sumo Kuma in Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012 TV series).
