Carver City Film Studios is an old abandoned film studio appearing in the Fleetway comics.
When Krang and Shredder flood the sewers, Splinter and the Turtles are forced to come to the surface. A Mini sewer submarine, piloted by a Footbot, tracks their movements and reports back to Krang on the exact location of the manhole the mutant family used to flee the sewers. Splinter and the Turtles are ambushed Shredder, Krang, Rocksteady, Bebop and Footbots. Though they are without their weapons, Splinter and the Turtles put up a good fight, but soon find that they are too outnumbered. Splinter urges a tactical retreat but are backed into a dead end alley. Donatello punches through a board up door and the group exits into what looks like the old West. Donatello explains that it is part of the old Carver City Film Studios, a company that went bankrupt and closed down.
With the bad guys in hot pursuit, the mutant family runs through the streets of the studio and then Splinter spots a sign for the costume department. This gives him an idea and the group ducks inside. Meanwhile, Shredder and his gang have lost track of the Turtles. Krang spots footprints in the dust and they follow them. When they burst through the doors of the costume department, all they see at first is a bunch of film costumes and dummies. The ‘dummies’ suddenly spring to life and attack. Each of the Turtles is dressed in a costume and armed with a movie prop weapon. Then Donatello turns on a giant studio fan, which blows Krang, Shredder and the rest of the goons into an oversized fountain. As their enemies' flounder in the water, Leonardo suggests using the fan for something else, like drying out their stock of pizzas when the sewer-flood subsides.
