James Carter Cathcart, often credited as just Carter Cathcart or Jimmy Zoppi, is an American voice actor. His best known work is in the Pokémon anime, where he plays multiple roles, including Gary Oak, as well as taking over the roles of Professor Oak, James, and Meowth following the anime's production company change.
Cathcart voiced Sleeg in both Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003 TV series) and TMNT: Mutant Melee, as well as Raz Charkov.
