Carlos Alazraqui

Carlos Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962; 62 years old) is a prolific comedian and voice actor. Carlos voiced Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows and Bane in Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
