Caitlin is Zach's best friend. Her only appearance is in the 1987 TV series episode "The Great Boldini". Like Zach, she is a fan of the Turtles, and also sees April O'Neil as a role model. Donatello admired her ingenuity.
It can be noticed that, even though she only appeared in one episode, in that episode Caitlin was the one that put the plot in motion several times. First she told Zach to follow Boldini, even though he's said they shouldn't. In the basement when Turtelli took the emerald, she hastily stole the emerald from him, not making a plan for the next step, and forgetting that Zach probably had a Turtlecom. When they attempted to escape, she was a dead weight to Zach, only slowing him down, letting herself get captured by Turtelli. Finally she was the one who had the idea of where to hide the emerald.
Caitlin is also ticklish as revealed in The Great Boldini. However, unlike Zach, she manages to withstand the foot tickling interrogation.
