From Big Boys Toys the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Bulkyz Collection, Splinter is a fully painted 3D figure with a special 2D animation coloring. Splinter stands about 6 inches tall and has five points of articulation.
The Splinter figures requires assembly.

Splinter does not come in his own package. In order to collect this figure, you must purchase the Deluxe Vinyl Turtles. Each of those figures includes pieces to build Master Splinter.
