The Brownie Clan, also called Grandma CJ's Brownie Scouts, is a Girl Scouts-like group of children who work under Cassandra Jones.

The Brownie Clan debuted in "Always Be Brownies". They sold Grandma CJ's World Famous Fudge Brownies in front of the Stock & Shop, stealing the competition from April O'Neil's cookie sales. When April returned to the store with Splinter, who was disguised as a teenager named Randall, and managed to capture the attention of all the customers in the area. Casey called Julia and to explain the drop in profits. Afterwards, Julia was ordered to kidnap Splinter and April for recruitment. They easily captured their targets, taking them to the Grandma CJ Scouts HQ in a van, and the were separated. April was supervised in a different room than Splinter who was interrogated by Casey, demanding he reveal his supposed plans to stop the Brownie Clan's world takeover. April escaped her binds using a walnut from a cookie and fought Julia and the other clan members, defeating them. When she located Splinter, who was still restrained, Casey refused to free him until April allowed her to keep the money she earned from her cookie sales. April acquiesced and Casey then fled using a smoke bomb.
The Brownie Clan reappeared in "Fists of Furry" selling brownies to the Komodo Dragons, but only being met with violence.
In Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie, it is revealed that after the defeat of the Shredder a few months prior, Casey, resumed her leadership as leader of the Brownie Clan and she and her scouts took on the Krang zombies when they invaded Earth.
