The Brotherhood surrounding April O'Neil and Augustus O'Neil!
The Brotherhood is a race of bipedal lizards who travels to other worlds and dimension to befriend them, trick them and then eat them. Their leader is known as the Councillor. They appear in the 2003 TV series.
Coming to the Zodac's dimension, they tricked the inhabitants and began ravaging the great civilization. But the Zodacs disabled the transdimensional device to save other dimensions and trap the Brotherhood within theirs. Soon, Augustus O'Neil (known as the Magician to them) came to their dimension from a world of giant carnivorous insects and helped the Brotherhood repair the transporter, believing that they intend to share their technology with Earth; but the lizards really planned to feast again. Later, his niece and a turtle came to find Augie. Donatello overheard the lizards talking about their plans to eat Earth. When he relates it to the others, the lizards decided to drop the niceties and force Augie to finish. After a chase through the city, they recapture him and have him shield the device from magnetic attacks. After April and Donatello find Augie, they devised a plan in which they escaped to the insect world where they loop to Earth, but not before setting a magnetic charge that destroyed the insect world's transporter. The Councillor and a group of lizards followed them but were attacked by the bugs and had no place to run to. It was presumed they were eaten or killed by the bugs. The rest of the Brotherhood presumably remain trapped in the Zodac dimension starving to death.
