Dr. Bro is a prolific inventor, a surf aficionado, and one of G.I.V.E.'s top evil geniuses.
History[]
After Dirk Savage locates Donatello, he recruits the young Turtle for a mission to help save New York. Dirk transports Donatello to the headquarters of D.U.D.E. - Daring Undercover Department of Espionage. There he explains that their greatest enemy, the Global Institute of Violence and Evil, or G.I.V.E. has launched an evil plan which has stretched the forces of D.U.D.E. thin. This plan was created by Dr. Bro, a prolific inventor and evil genius. Dr. Bro has a grudge against New York and is using attacks on other locations to divert attention from his destructive plans for the Big Apple. Because the other Ninja Turtles are down with the Turtle flu, that leaves only Donatello to help defeat Dr. Bro. He locates the evil genius at his hideout just as Dr. Bro blasts off on his satellite-like airship.
Donatello jumps aboard, but Dr. Bro uses a concussive blast from his hat to knock the Turtle off the airship. Fortunately, his brothers have heard the entire conversation through Donatello's Turtlecom and arrive in the Turtle Blimp in time to save him. All four Turtles then take on Dr. Bro and manage to capture him and destroy his airship.
