Bradley Martin was a plumber who was mutated into half-man, half plumbing by orange slime that was found in a housing development project built on top of an old toxic waste dump. His shower-head can blast polluted toilet water, ooze, and slime, and he drives a plumber's van full of polluting plumber's equipment.
Plumber was designed for the cancelled animated Mutanimals series.
