Boss is a character appearing in the TMHT Adventures comics by Fleetway Publications. He is one of the city’s most dangerous kingpins of crime in New York City.

After a long meditation session in the lair, the Turtles meet up with April O'Neil at the town's newest pizza joint Pete's Pizza Palace. They are enjoying some delicious pizza when a pair of thugs approach the restaurant owner, Pete, at the counter. A frightened Pete tells the men that he can’t afford the prices their boss is asking. One of the thugs informs Pete that they will have to smash his restaurant to pieces and then do the same to him. The Turtles intervene and knock out both thugs. Donatello asks Pete if he knows the creeps. Pete explains that their boss is running a protection racket on a lot of businesses in the area. If they don’t pay them cash at the end of each week, the thugs smash their places up. Raphael asks Pete for the names of the other places being terrorized, because this sounds like their kind of job. Pete does supply them with this information.
One of the establishments is Jack's Amusement Arcade. The next night, the Turtles stake out the arcade from inside, passing the time by playing video games. A pair of the Boss's thugs arrive at the arcade and threaten Jack. The Turtles swing into action and wipe the floor with the two villains. Leo is pleased, saying they’ll soon finish off the protection racket and Jack wants to reward them, but Leo says they need no reward.
Meanwhile, the Boss is fuming. In his headquarters, surrounded by his men, he says something has to be done to get those interfering ‘guys’ out of the way. As he’s pacing, the Boss has an idea. Those ‘guys’ are friends with the reporter April O’Neil. They will kidnap her and use her as a bargaining tool. A pair of his thugs go to April O'Neil's apartment at two a.m. and grab her, then leave a ransom note, which the Turtles find the next day. They head to the abandoned warehouse where the note directed them to go. The Boss and his thugs stand ready to shoot the Turtles when they enter, but the green team sneaks in behind them. It doesn't take long for the heroes to defeat the thugs and then Raph grabs the Boss and threatens him with his sai into telling them where he's stashed April. The Turtles rescue April and deliver the Boss and his goons to the police.
