Dr. Boringson, PhD MD HD SSD is a professor at Eastlaird University. He made his debut in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie.
History[]
After one of his classes had ended, Dr. Boringson was approached by April O'Neil, who claimed she was working on an article for the Eastlaird University Daily News. She told him that she wanted some photographs of him for the paper, and asked him to write something "science-y" on the whiteboard. In reality, she was distracting him and getting him away from his lab coat so that she could take his employee identification badge so she could enter a restricted area, as she had a hunch that a foreign government was secretly paying Eastlaird University to develop a deforestation bomb and was looking for evidence.
