The boomerang is a weapon utilized in minor capacities within the TMNT universe. Most prominently, it is a secondary weapon for the Ninja Turtles in the 1989 video game. In this game, the boomerang's stock would not deplete so long as the player caught the weapon on its return. Switching Turtles before catching the boomerang would allow the "new" Turtle to add that boomerang to his weapon stock. Boomerangs are also the weapon of choice of Physicalski.
Another example of a boomerang being wielded in TMNT media, are Foot Soldiers in the original video games. These Foot Soldiers are normally yellow. Walkabout's action figure also comes with a boomerang.
