Dr. Bond was a scientist in the employ of the Dog Star Clan.

Yoshi Chen sends out his Dog Star ninja to steal a piece of Utrom technology from Chincha Technology, and also covertly the Foot Clan in order to test their mettle. The Dog Star retrieve the tech successfully, showing Chen that he doesn't think he has anything to worry about with the Foot. The Utrom device is turned over to Dr. Bond, who has been responsible for the Dog Stars' cybernetic enhancements. She was incredibly pleased that the Utrom device was perfect for her next generation of enhancements and laments to Chen that the energy in them isn't compatible with a lot of Earth technology, otherwise he could make a lot of money. Chen assures her that it's more versatile than she might know. Dr. Bond also expresses concern about the Foot knowing that the tech exists thanks to his actions, but he makes his thoughts on them known. he Untold Destiny of the Foot Clan #1
After Zodi angrily storms out of the Foot compound, she is found wandering on the same island that the Dog Stars are headquartered. She is captured and held in a stasis tank in Dr. Bond's lab, and she presents the mutant to Chen before extracting information from her, but Chen says that just Zodi's presence tells him everything he knows.
Later, the Foot attack the Dog Star compound, and Dr. Bond is nervous about the prospect of them breaching inside. Chen is adamant that he has been observing them and they have no chance, but Bond then points out that Karai is nowhere to be found on the direct thieves. Karai enters the room with a magic portal, and Dr. Bond cowers behind a chair while Karai and Chen fight. Karai stabs her katana through Chen, then turns her attention on Bond. Dr. Bond offers her the Dog Star tech in exchange for sparing her; Karai is not interested in the technology, but says that she might be able to offer the Foot Clan a unique perespective. Suddenly, Yoshi Chen pushes a button and detonates an explosive in Dr. Bond's head, killing her. he Untold Destiny of the Foot Clan #5
