Bobby is an inventor introduced in Mirage Studios volume 1 issue 16 (the story A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Story). He is married to Manda and his dream is to invent Cowboy Cola, but he is short on bills and takes a job at Maximegamulticorp Capitalist Conglomerates (MMMCCC) in the Research & Developments department, where he invents an Intelligence Boosterizer.
