Bobby is one of Mr. Arboost's henchmen in the 2003 animated series, and member of the Texas Roughnecks criminal group. He appears in the episode The Golden Puck where the thugs try to steal the Golden Puck super slam hockey trophy, but are defeated by the turtles at the end. He works with his twin brother, Robby.
Bobby wears a green bandana around his neck. His twin brother, Robby, wears a brown bandana.
