I just came up with a new character for the 2012 series

His name is Laughing Boy, he's a former toymaker, he was mutated into hyena and turned crazy and adopted a clown appearance, with an arsenal of deadly toys at his command, he is inspired by the Joker and Toyman, and he is voiced by the great Tim Curry
