the mighty mutanimals are a waste. this is city at war we're supposed to see gangs and stuff what's up?
Somebody apparently hasn't seen this week's episode...
season 4 to me was FILLER. the tricertrons were a big blockage. because hey at the end, none of it ever happened. they went bacl in time 6 months before the earth went kaboom to prevent it from blowing up so technically half of season 4 never happened. the only people who know are the future turtles.
Okay, so after season 3 ended with the whole WORLD being destroyed, you think of it as "filler" for them spending half of the next season (season 4) looking for the only thing in the universe that can save it?
YO, I'm not even going to waste time and words refuting that very dumb statement. It speaks for itself.
And no, if you were paying attention AT ALL to the episodes after the space arc, you would know that ALL of season 4 DID in fact happen. How else does Raph still know AND love Mona Lisa, remember his encounters on Sectoid 1 against Dregg and his bug army, and the other turtles make about 50 mentions of their space adventures since they came back? So yeah, I don't know what you were watching, but it surely wasn't the episodes (after the space arc at least).
P.S. Have you considered the possibility that Raph was afraid of all bugs to begin with? He wasn't exposed to any other bugs in the earlier episodes aside from cockroaches, and we all know that Raph doesn't like to show fear. So why would he, especially when there's no reason to?
so where are the past turtles that went with fugitoid for fun in space writers? are we just going to forget about that? To me the writing is wack. it wasnt as solid as season 1 and partially season 2 after that, they're taking plots from other adaptations that handled TMNT BETTER and making it into sci fi washed up nonsense.
Yeah, I agree that the past turtles thing was a weak plot device. But hey, it's possible we'll see them again, as the showrunners do like having multiple sets of turtles.
And LOL Sci-Fi nonsense?! DUDE, the whole concept of TMNT in general is Sci-Fi. It's about 4 turtles who mutated to human size after being exposed to some strange gooey alien ooze, learned ninjutsu from their rat father who is also a mutant, and fight monsters, sentient robots, aliens, and other mutants like themselves. So if you have a problem with science fiction, TMNT is not for you. Like, ALL of TMNT is not for you.
I must say, DarknessBoy98 has MUCH more validity with his complaints about this show than you do.
And I'm not knocking you for hating the 2012 show, but if you're going to criticize it, at least get your facts and definitions straight. Geez...
