Bloho is the last of the Tsarnians, a race of alien worms from the planet Granite. He was banished by the League of Justice for the crime of wiping out his people, and ended up on Earth, where he controlled Man Ray and forced him to fight Merdude. Bloho/Man Ray beats Merdude, but a chance attack from Armaggon knocks Bloho off of Ray's neck and into a crevasse, where he lands on the dormant Naughtikus.
